Air Cooled Diffusion Pump

Introduction:

AX80 diffusion pumps are air cooled and primary industrial standard for compact high vacuum pumping. AX80 has a high vacuum speed for all gases and the lowest cost per unit pumping speed when compared with other types of pumps used in the same vacuum range.

The pumping action commences when the vacuum pressure goes bleow 10Pa(0.1mbar/ 75Microns/ 0.075torr). On an empty, leak free system,AX80 backed by a rotary vane vacuum pump lowers the vacuum pressure to 7.5X10^-5Microns /1.0X10^-7mbar.
